Aims & Scope
The International Journal of Society 5.0 (IJS 5.0) provides scholarly perspectives on topics related to human-centered artificial intelligence, digital governance, social inclusion, sustainability, and democratic transformation within the Society 5.0 framework. Through its publications, the journal contributes to the advancement of theory, policy, and practice by examining the societal implications of emerging technologies and their role in fostering inclusive, ethical, and sustainable development. The journal welcomes academically rigorous papers that make significant contributions to interdisciplinary research in this field.
All papers submitted to the journal undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by members of the editorial and reviewer committees or other suitably qualified experts. The journal reserves the right to reject submissions that, in the judgment of the editorial board, do not meet scholarly standards or fall outside the journal’s thematic focus. The Editor-in-Chief welcomes preliminary inquiries and discussions regarding potential contributions prior to submission. The journal publishes research articles, review papers, and policy analyses in the thematic areas described below.
