Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan studi tentang Digital Political Party, metode penelitian yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah systematic literature review yang menggunakan 289 artikel ilmiah bersumber dari database scopus. Review artikel menggunakan aplikasi Vosviewer. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan pemanfaatan ruang opini publik melalui media digital sudah banyak diandalkan oleh partai politik dalam melakukan politik marketing dan komunikasi politik, khususnya kampanye berbasis online. Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan roadmap penelitian tentang perkembangan partai politik dalam memanfaatkan media digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya partai politik dalam memanfaatkan demokrasi virtual dalam meningkatkan kuantitas calon pemilih. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya digitalisasi dalam politik modern dan implikasinya terhadap peran dan strategi partai politik. Dengan memahami konsep-konsep seperti demokrasi elektronik, aktivisme cyber, dan kampaye digital, partai politik dapat lebih efektif dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mencapai tujuan politik mereka dan berinteraksi dengan pemilih dalam era digital ini. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah artikel yang digunakan hanya bersumber dari database scopus sehingga temuan penelitian tidak dapat menggambarkan secara komprehensif tentang isu-isu digital political party seperti keterbatasan dalam cakupan geografis atau demografis, serta keterbatasan dalam metodologi penelitian. Penelitian berikutnya perlu menggunakan artikel ilmiah yang bersumber dari database internasional bereputasi lainnya, seperti Web of Science dan Dimensionds Scholars.
