Kekerasan terhadap Perempuan: Tantangan dan Solusi Psikologis

Abstrak suatu penelitian asli harus dimulai dengan informasi latar belakang singkat dan pernyataan tujuan Kekerasan terhadap perempuan merupakan isu global yang kompleks, mencakup pelanggaran hak asasi manusia dan ketidaksetaraan gender. Di Indonesia, angka kasus kekerasan perempuan yang tercatat mencapai 23.529 pada tahun 2024, mencakup kekerasan fisik, psikologis, seksual, dan ekonomi. Namun, banyak kasus yang tidak dilaporkan akibat stigma sosial, tekanan budaya, dan ancaman pelaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan psikologis yang dihadapi korban kekerasan serta strategi pemulihan yang dapat diterapkan. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur digunakan untuk menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber relevan dalam 10 tahun terakhir. Proses penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data, analisis, dan sintesis temuan, dengan fokus pada intervensi psikologis, sosial, dan hukum. Hasil penelitian mengungkap dampak kekerasan yang signifikan, baik secara fisik, psikologis, maupun ekonomi, termasuk gangguan kesehatan mental seperti PTSD, depresi, dan kecemasan. Intervensi yang diusulkan meliputi terapi psikologis seperti Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), terapi humanistik, dan model kesiapan psikososial. Selain itu, langkah pencegahan seperti edukasi kesetaraan gender, penegakan hukum yang adil, dan penyediaan layanan konseling juga menjadi rekomendasi utama. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan kebijakan yang lebih efektif untuk pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan terhadap perempuan, dengan harapan menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan mendukung pemulihan korban.
